A relaxed neighbourhood restaurant set in the beautiful village of Ponteland, Northumberland.

Eleven is run by three friends; Chefs Danny Land & Ryan Carr and front of house manager Stephen Pitfield. Finding ourselves without a job when the pandemic hit in 2020, and with the prospect of finding a new job slim in an industry hit so hard, we decided to take onus of the situation. We got our heads together and believed there must be something between us that is possible, this is when we opened Eleven in 2021.

A relaxed, modern British and hyper seasonal restaurant, where the menus are reimagined each week. The food is very much produce driven and we are proud to work with some of the very best producers and suppliers in the UK. We forage a lot for the restaurant ourselves. Being situated in beautiful Northumberland we are incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so much incredible produce growing in abundance and a lot of it regularly features on our menus.

We aim to provide a relaxed, fun and informal dining experience. Introducing you to new ingredients and techniques but with a familiar feel providing value for money found nowhere else.

We are open Wednesday – Saturday, 6 – 9pm. We offer two weekly changing set menus. Wednesday – Saturday is a five course set menu (65pp) and alongside this on a Wednesday & Thursday only we also offer a 3 course set menu (£35pp). Both menus offer our unique interpretation of seasonal cooking featuring the best ingredients we can get our hands on, whether it be from our suppliers or something we have foraged ourselves.
